Staying in touch with your education provider

It’s important to stay in contact with your education provider, check for communication from them regularly and follow their instructions. If you don’t have a contact person or you’re not sure who to get in touch with, contact your education provider’s student support services.

Remember to use your education provider’s services and support such as student health and counselling, the library and academic support services. If there is a students’ association, they will be able to give you information about clubs, sports and activities that will help you make new friends and have fun in New Zealand. If you have old friends and classmates, take time to catch up with them.
